Train tickets have been purchased and we have two rooms at a boutique (and hopefully bedbug free) hotel in Chelsea. We decided to forgo a couple of plays in favor of MoMA, mani's and pedi's, shopping, and of course eating. So we settled on Driving Miss Daisy because hello, it's James Earl Jones and Vanessa Redgrave and thanks to Amex, we got 2nd ( Read more... )

Sounds like you have a wonderful weekend planned. Just remember that you have lay a big one our guy though. What a way to end a weekend, lol.

And he scored! Fantastic. Yep, I know quite a few 62 year olds who would be happy to even be able to skate and he's scoring goals. Not bad, Mr. Guilfoyle!

I didn't lay a big on him - his wife would have clocked me - but I do have stories to tell. I'll do a write up as soon as I can but suffice to say, the man is smokin' hot! He looks to be in fine shape, btw. He seems to be over whatever was ailing him.

OMG, that sounds amazing! Let me know how your hotel is ... Montiese and I are going up there in May for my 30th birthday and Hotels.com isn't showing good deals. I want to keep my options open.

I'm so excited for you!

Our hotel was the GEM hotel - Chelsea. I'd stay there again because the location and the bathroom were great. However, the rooms are very small so unless you're really tight with the person you're sharing a room with, you'll want two rooms. Seriously, the room is small. The room also has only one small window and it looks out on...other windows so it doesn't get a lot of light. But again, the location was awesome, the bathroom was great and the room was very clean. Oh, and if you like sushi, there's an excellent restaurant within walking distance.

I won't be able to get all the details posted until probably Sunday so you'll just have to check out the little tidbit I posted on the Jim Brass Forum.

Oh such sweet torture, lol. I did read the tidbit and I'm drooling with envy. Disappointed that you didn't get a smooch but I guess the wife clocking you would have been a bad end to a great weekend.

Hurry up Sunday;-)
