House update

Well we've had a little back and forth with the people who flipped the house I was very interested in. They are asking more than I'm really willing to pay and although their last offer is a lot closer, their offer doesn't include closing, which is a must. Yeah, they did a lot of work to the house and put a lot of money into it, but its not my fault

they were asking about 55,000. my max to pay was 48,000. Small house, and the bank was going to appraise it as part of the financing, and I'm not really sure if it woulda appraised for even 48.
