Is there a scene of bullying that always gets you in movies that doesn't circulate around bullying? For example....

Yes. this movie was really really good.

The movie is called: The Final

iT IS ABOUT what happen when the people being bullied get revenge.

It's not from a movie but an anime called Inuyasha. If you know Inuyasha then you know he is a half-demon. They show this scene when he is little and playing with a ball. A bunch of full demons circle him and grab the ball and tease him and then throwing it... they make fun of him calling him a half-breed and all that...

What tears me up is when he grabs his ball and runs to his mother. He asks her, "What is a half-breed?" and she just hugs him and you see a tear on her cheek.

It's so sad to me because I feel I can relate to being picked on for being different and not understanding why kids were so mean to me growing up.

By the way, by full demons I mean they had the appearance of human but they were full demon... kind of like Sebastian Michaelis from Black Butler. Having human form but being full demon.
