Just because you don't forgive someone doesn't mean you automatically hold a grudge. I don't forgive them, or the ones who enabled them because no amount of sorry will ever change what they did.
They're human garbage as far as I'm concerned, more interested in dragging others down than in building themselves up, and quite frankly the worse thing that could be done to them is what they have done to themselves.

I don't see them. Most of them I have not seen in decades. It's a small town so most of them Got TFO so they could have better jobs.
I generally tend to believe that most of them don't remember shit. I have a very good memory and remember most of it but I'm pretty sure they've all moved on with their lives. If I saw them again I'd have to see what they were like before judging on current events. Which would be easy because there is no way in hell they'd recognize me at all.
