Been through this all my life. Got bullied in school because of my deformed back. My parents, especially my late Dad, loved to humilate me when he had a chance - even in public. People bullied me online because of my mental illness (stating I wasn't right in the head and other stuff) or called me "ugly" in all its varieties. It's hell. And I am still suffering.
It's like ... a whole lot of crap that happened to me in the past has decided to come back to haunt me with the force of a tsunami lately. I am almost paralyzed by it. Caught in fear. Not having a panic attack, yet, but I am not doing well AT ALL.
Just like in that Goo Goo Dolls song, "Name":

I've had moments like that. Prior to when I got pregnant and got on a new birth control method, I would get hit with depression a week before my cycle came. That was always the time that the bullying from my past would come back and haunt me. Recently, it's something that triggers me into feeling horrible about what happened. However, it's not as often as it used to be. Of course, an ex friend of me back stabbed me really badly back in 2015 and that hurt me more than being bullied did. So, that has taken the place of being bullied and I'm currently trying to work through that

I'm guessing this has to do with the two children who were taken away from their parents because the parents thought it was funny to 'prank' the kids till they cried and posted it on Youtube.
I got triggered by that since the headline gave no indication of just how bad it was. My mother accused me of stealing her perfume, even though anyone who knows me knows I don't wear it, screamed at me, called me a liar and eventually ended up shoving me onto the floor. She's done the joke thing too and hates it when I cry.
Are you talking about DaddyofFive? I heard about that guy recently from a petition that a friend of mine shared on Facebook. I looked at his vids and some people criticizing his vids. Yeah, those weren't pranks. If they seriously were, there wouldn't have been a need to delete all those vids of his with the exception of one where he gives a half assed apology. He called it pranks because he got called out on being an asshole to his children. Plain and simple
