Exactly. Stuff that happened ~20 yrs ago still haunts me. The scars are there, invisible to the eyes of others, but very much perceptible to me.

It's the same for me too, but it happened fifteen years ago. I don't think time will ever heal some wounds, whether if it's physical or emotional.
