That is just horrible! I hope the family pursues civil remedies and takes that other kid's home. That kid needs to be charged.

That's just horrible. What's it going to take to wake this town up, who is so concerned about bullying, a death? Before they finally start prosecuting people for obviously assaulting this boy?

I'm surprised the shits even got suspended. It seems that in school today, if you're the victim of bullying, it's your fault and you're the one who gets suspended. At least, that's the way it was with me.

This incident is just another "Everyone knows, but no one gives a flying fuck" and that needs to stop. Now. I can sure feel for the victim, having been through that myself (minus the concussion).

I hope his parents pull him out of school and home school him once he's recovered. As far as the school is concerned... Sadly, I'm not going to hold my breath that they'll do much, if anything.
