Dealing with the After Math of Bullying

Today, I want to discuss the aftermath that a lot of former victims and bullies are going through as well as ways that have helped them on the road to recovery. What aftermath have you developed because of the bullying?
Short term: Suicidal thoughts, homicidal thoughts, wanting to be a bitch to people instead of being my normal sweet self, and extreme anger

Long term: Mild social anxiety, self-isolation, becoming aggressive when provoked, being distrustful of people, and depression

What solutions or coping mechanisms have you used to deal with the aftermath?-I got counseling for a month from my former pastor (who has experience dealing with victims of cults) when my parents found out I was suicidal. That helped me a lot ( ... )

I'm pretty much over my high school hangover (thanks to Stephen King for the term) but more recent online stuff won't clear out of my head. I try to distract myself and it usually works, but it's hard to manage entirely.
