I guess I'm not the only one that got a weird call about some end-of-summer party, huh? Something tells me this isn't going to be nearly as fun and exciting as we're supposed to think.

So what's the deal with the library here? I found a bunch of classic adventure novels, but everything else is all about ancient sports and boy scouts and stuff.

The town caters to stereotypes. That;s all you're going to be able to find there, just like all I can find is books on mechanics, golf, and shaving. [You can almost hear the eye-roll over the phone.]

And now, it doesn't change if you work there.

Yeah, the library here is a real pain. It only has books that fit whatever stereotype this place wants you to fill. All I can find all books on knitting and sewing and growing up to be a housewife...

And yeah, anything Mayfield plans isn't likely going to be any fun. At all. Be careful.
