[The moment Ragna sees this message, he immediately puts his jacket on and grabs Blood-scythe. He knows what must have happened for Noel to write this message. Not only did she not heed his warning, but she seemed to be a little shaky over it all. He's assuming that he has dirty work to do right now, right as he runs out of the apartment door to search for her.]

[... Only to trip over Noel as he makes a sharp turn out of the door, and slam face-first into the floor.] --Agh!

[It was one thing to nearly get smacked down by a door, but then Ragna had to go and trip over her.] Kyah!

[Luckily, she wasn't really hurt all that much, but is shocked to see Ragna face first on the ground a foot away from her now.] R-Ragna, are you okay!?

[Ragna is quick to get at least onto his knees. He's a more shocked than anything right now, though there's a wave of relief when he realizes that he tripped over Noel. Which meant that she wasn't outside, hiding from Litchi or anything.]
