[Flynn's going to be stumbling upon scenario two. As usual, he's out and about around the village, doing his patrol thing while looking for lost housemates. And that's when he stumbles upon the sight of this woman covered in blood. It's not something one finds while patrolling around the village very often, so it's very unnerving.
What could have happened to her? It looks as if something terrible happened, and that's enough to get Flynn into his knightly mindset. So, he approaches.] Excuse me! Are you alright?
[Flynn, it's that attitude that's going to kill you someday.
Kusanagi has already taken notice of the man approaching, and reacts by floating back a bit to widen the distance. Her eyes narrow. She knows there is something strange about this settlement, but she can't describe what. The humans she has encountered... it's like she had already knew them once, long ago. This man was no different.
However, his voice still goes unheard. All she can see... is an enemy.] Scanning target.... scanning, scanning... unknown power source detected. Unable to classify.
[Flynn takes a step closer. The eyes are different, and the voice is deeper, more rough... but it seems to look and sound just like Noel, in a way. Is that Noel?
What could have happened to her!?] ... Noel, is that you?
[SHUT UP. Just shut up. That's not her name. What do you know? You know nothing. Die. She wants you to fall and die.]
Target determined to be a threat. [No expression. Not even a hint of anything from him calling her that... name. She glows momentarily before adorning the battle armor.] Executing termination protocol.
[Keimi just happened to have been wheeling herself by when she came across the strange woman. She was covered in... blood? What happened!? Was she attacked? Was this the Malnosso's doing? She gripped her wheels and sped towards the woman. She wasn't sure what she could do to help, but she knew she had to. It was when she got up close that she recognized the face behind that cold, stoic expression.]
That's not Noel you're talking to. But the name is enough to spark a murderous rage deep within her. Immediately, those empty azure eyes glare straight at Keimi. If looks could kill, well...]
Target classification: Unknown. Searching for secondary suggestion... target identified as beastkin. [Pause.] Target's threat level is C. Extermination is advised.
Switching to battle mode. [Her loss of words doesn't affect Kusanagi in the slightest. In a flash of light, Kusanagi is already in her battle gear or what little of it there is.] Now proceeding to termination protocol.
[That experiment never happened. Are we clear? Good.
While pretending it never happens (okay, the Prince's fashion sense was hilarious if eye-burning), Roy is out and about in the village when he see...someone covered in blood. What.]
[Maybe you'd like to return to the experiment after this, Roy. Maybe it should be touching that so many are worried for her wellbeing... but that's an emotion she's unable to comprehend. The only thing Kusanagi gets out of this is pure annoyance. What does she matter to any of you? Nothing matters... only the destruction of this world.
Perhaps she'll start with the destruction of this village after dealing this one.]
[Mu isn't alone at all. If she looks around she may stumble upon a young girl, staring the mess of corpses on the ground from afar. Homura was moving through the forest for a walk, but the sounds of animals crying in pain lured her to the sight of the bloodbath. At first her look is astonishment, but it quickly turns to a stone cold glare, as she sets her sights on the person who seems to be the obvious cause of the deaths.]
Any particular reason you saw it fit to slaughter innocent animals?
[Homura, while feeling a lot of pity toward the poor creatures, was more concerned that this person might want to attack more innocent things. Like people.]
[Homura has a right to feel concerned. Animals, humans--they're all the same to her, which means that like them, Homura can also be the target.
Obviously, though, there's a difference. She is a bigger threat.] New threat detected. Scanning target... [Hm?] Unknown power source detected. Unable to identify. Research protocol... suggested. [...] Denied.
[The distance and cold feeling of Mu's voice alone made Homura uncomfortable. Top it off with this stranger, who clearly has murdered a dozen animals without reason, calling her a 'threat' and 'target'...well Homura might have reservations, but something had to be done if this person wouldn't even respond to her questions.
So she activates her shield and stops time, taking out one of her guns quickly and firing at Mu. She doesn't know how effective this may be, but to cause a commotion and throw out her explosives could draw too much attention. Once is she is done, Homura quickly moves away from Mu's line of fire and deactivates the mechanism, restarting time.]
[She's a godslayer, but not a god. The move manages to immobilize Kusanagi for however long Homura sees fit... which is up until she restarts time and there's now a bullet facing her. It's too late to try avoiding it, and so she's shot. In the shoulder. Unless I'm derping and you intended elsewhere. The force of it manages to reel Kusanagi back a bit, and she's actually not quite sure what just happened, but it's clear that it wasn't enough to kill her. On the contrary, far from it.]
...minimal damage. [And that was more than enough to provoke her. She just needs to figure out how that happened.] Now exterminating target.
[With that said, she begins to summon four moving orbs that proceed to attempt surrounding Homura. They shoot lasers in her direction, but that won't be their only purpose.]
[Ian lives in the forest, really, so it was no surprise that he'd bump into the bloody mess Mu's left behind-and while he'd be keen to run away, the sight of blood keeps him there. The poor little creatures, they were slaughtered, and for no real reason. He's yet to notice Mu, where ever she is, focusing on trying to find any creatures that might still be alive (are there?).
Twitching, he can save. If they're clinging onto life, he can definitely save them...
There's a faint movement in his shoulders, as he tries to hold his tears. Cruel people-he wonders who would have done this pointless little number.]
[Unfortunately, there's none. Kusanagi was sure to leave nothing behind in the fray... but perhaps she was mistaken. There's something still around. She's sure of it--and that's why she's decided to turn back and seek out what she's left.
[If he were bright enough to realize a petite blond violently murdered fuzzy little woodland creatures. Instead he just looks over his shoulder, frown masked behind unzipped collar.
