[Robo-Ky just happened to be taking a stroll this fine day, paying attention to nothing except himself and how awesome he is. Or something along those lines. But he can't just ignore the pair of ladies headed down the same street as him. And as he prepares himself to deliver a double proposal, or just strike up conversation (you never know with him), he stops in his tracks.

This is the part where he dives off to the side, hiding behind a wall or some sort of obstacle so that he can't be seen. He did offer her a mercy death, so he might as well deliver it now, while he still can. Maybe her friend will be impressed or something.
