Actually there is quite a bit of research you can do on the net. It will give you all kinds of info, not just eye color but ethnic background, religious preferences, medical info. It basically gives you everything but the person's name. However, those are open donations, there are also closed ones that give you very little.The open ones are for guys that are willing to be found later in life if the child so chooses, but the person cannot be required to support in any financial way. Just go googling and see what comes up. I actually learned this on Oprah.
