WTF Lj has gone all piratey. I thought I was going crazy when I saw a tiny little eyepatch over my LJ icon. Weird.

Anyway, nothing much interesting has been happening in my life lately, just the usual routine of study, work, and shopping. "Biting guy" (as he is known among my circle, as he's always trying to bite me) from work had a farewell party

And dude - we found a lizard in our backyard this afternoon, too. And living in the suburbs that doesn't happen often! What a coincidence.

I used to hate them coz they're so snakey-looking, but they've really grown on me. =) We have a resident one that pops up every now and again, but I'm not sure if it's the same one. It kinda sucks that I have a cat now coz he will hurt it or vice versa. Same with the snakes, possums and turkeys that wander through the garden (I live in a suburbian area too).
