Фотография действительно 1948?
Кладка стен в стиле 70-ых.

Точно не скажу, но судя по вооружению это явно не 70-е.

In 1948. (July or August) Yugoslavia sent to Israel:
- "more than 10000 rifles in the non-standard calibers (6.5 and 7.7mm - Carcanos and Lee-Enfields)
- "about 500 9mm SMGs" - no idea which ones
- "about 500 light machinegun in 7.5 and 7.7mm caliber" - MAC 24/29 and Bren
- "40 Schwarzlose machineguns and 150 tripods for it, also a spare parts for repairing damaged ones"
- "30 machineguns of the different types and non-standard caliber - 6.5mm, 7.5mm, 8mm" - this is one of the probable source of Fiats.
- "large amount of 6.5mm, 7.5 and 7.7mm ammo"
- Large amount of Italian hand grenades

This is just from a single document.

PS. It is also known that 10 Hotchkiss H-35 tanks were also sent, but it is not clear when.

Thanks !
10 Hotchkiss arrived to Israel in June 1948, but AFAIK they were bought from France.

B. Dimitrijević, "Od Staljina do Atlantskog pakta" ("From Stalin to a NATO"), page 102-104. is a source for a Hotchkiss claim and is based on his work in Yugoslav archives.
All shipments were labeled as a "scrap steel/iron".
