The new and the old

So recently I've started up my old habit of buying some movies with each paycheck. It's pretty exciting really because for the most part, I haven't seen the movies that I am buying previously. The only Universal Monster movie I have watched myself is Frankenstein. I have yet to see any of the others. Eventually, I'll watch them, but I'm in no hurry. There's definitely a line of thought out there that they are the 'best' or at least the standard that other horror films should follow, but I think that's similar to those people that insist that Citizen Kane is the best movie ever made. I can't agree with those arguments. Monster movies are fun, but I find myself not particularly excited about watching the Universal Monster movies.

Being in a relationship with someone that can appreciate and share your love for something like cinema makes that relationship that much more meaningful, there's another dimension that makes you stop and say 'whoa, my passion is their passion... I can't and won't let go'

You and your husband seem like a pretty awesome duo!
