Well, K has decided to become the youngest insomniac ever so I can tell you what I've been doing for her. She lays down with her head in my lap while drinking warm milk out of a sippy cup and watching Rolie Polie Olie or Aladdin and I rub circles on her back until she falls asleep. Maybe you should find someone to do that for you?
