Approaching them with this information out of the blue wouldn't be considered improper?

[ Puts 'Flirt With Hayate in Mitsuru's Presence' on To-Do list. ]

I'm not the jealous type, either.

[ That is the biggest lie. ]

And I can relate to your circumstance. However, the line is wherever you draw it.

[Lambdaaaaa o9!]

Wherever I draw it? It's difficult to do so when I'm not certain where it can be drawn.

No one else will be able to tell you where! All you will be getting for responses will be people telling you where they would draw their own line.

[ woah senpai has a boyfriend. this is kind of unexpected but not really because senpai is ... well, it's mitsuru, of course she has a boyfriend. ]

What kind of "interaction" are you talking about?

[ hello, master of jealousy here. ]

[JUST THE PERSON SHE WANTED TO TALK TO since surely Yukari knows more about boys than her ajopdsf]

... Yukari.

For example, he currently works late evenings at a local restaurant. [read: bar sob] The previous time I was there, I witnessed a few girls whispering rather... in appropriate things to him as he worked.

[ oh god. hopefully mitsuru takes some of yukari's advice with a grain of salt because what are trust and jealousy issues. ]

Yeah, that's gotta stop immediately. If he's your boyfriend, he's off limits.

But he also has several other women as close friends. I don't wish to tell him he cannot talk to them. That would be unfair, correct?

Interactions that, perhaps, could be construed as interest on part of the women in question.

[man you people. sie isn't an expert on love (... at all...), but jealousy sie can do.]

If it makes you jealous even a little bit then it's no good. That's all there is to it.

I see... I don't want to be thought of as a jealous person, particularly when I'm usually not.

Jealousy is like another way of saying you like the person a lot. If you don't get jealous at all that's bad, but if it's in moderation, then no one would call you a jealous person, right? So it's fine.

... that is a rather strange way of looking at it. I've never considered jealousy to be a good emotion at all.
