Five Favourite Angsty Fics

There were some beautifully written angsty fics posted in the fandom in 2007. Here are five of my favourites. Angsty doesn't necessarily mean with a sad ending, by the way, though sometimes it does. Again, this being me, they're mostly (though not all) Spike-centric.

I do love some well-written angst! I am re-reading (for the???? time) a Buffy/Spike anst written in 2006 though! But angst that is well ritten is hard to beat ... and if it is Spike - ll the better!!

i'm blushing again. thanks for another rec, deb, you're very sweet. I haven't checked out the other ones, as they're not usually pairings i'd read, but they sound interesting, and i'm bookmarking this post, so i can check them out. i do enjoy well done angst.

I certainly never imagined myself reading Spike/Justine, for instance, but I was very pleasantly surprised.
