Um, you got my requests wrong. They were: Amanda/Spike, Spike/Edna F. Giles (Tales of the Vampires), Lydia/Roger Wyndam-Pryce.

Without time travel, Amanda/Edna would represent a huge age difference--Giles and Amanda are separated by many years alone. His grandmother?

About the date... Did you check the box next to:
Entry is Backdated:
It is found right under tags in the options when updating/editing an entry. If you did, then I have no clue what it could be, but that is my most common mistake...
