And if you are talking about Anne, that cafe was in LA - not San Fran - and it was called "Helen's Kitchen'.

As a fictional town it doesn't have one.

According to this, CA 95037. However, they've got a different address: 'Crestview' instead of Revello Drive, so I don't know how much credibility to give it.

3. Since Buffy didn't have the educational credentials to be a real school counselor, I think her position was more accurately something like "community outreach advocate". I doubt that she made more than $1,000-1,500 per month - $8-ish per hour, 6 hours per day, no benefits, no summer pay. Perhaps there was some awesome grant money for a "troubled" school lying around. Possible, given the death rate

I must revise my theory of the Pick Me Up being in the Castro. Looking at the exterior shot from S8 #40, there is a cable car going by. This could only happen along Hyde, Powell, or California Streets, all of which are well away from the Castro.

I still need help, though, working out the dates for Buffy's work history. We know she has worked at;

Pick Me Up (S8-9)
Sunnydale HS (S7)
Double Meat Palace (S6)
and
Helen's Kitchen (S3)

Approximate dates I'm not sure on...
