I'm noticing a decent amount of dollhouse hate, and I genuinely don't understand why.
I enjoy the show, the premise, the direction, the mini-arcs, the pace keeps my attention the whole time, there's usually one or two twists that catch me by surprise, and I like most of the actors (love the Topher character & actor).
I was having a hard time the first three eps, but am LOVING it now. It's just taken a while to find the rhythm and to get a cleaner picture of where they were going with it.
I find that there will be a split sides to whether who loves it and who just can't get into it. I've been excited for Dollhouse since even before it premiered, and I've been absolutely impressed with it from the beginning and where it is now and the directions it's heading. But it's definitely not for everyone, and that I understand. It's an entirely different approach and some will like it, others will not.
The thing though is to understand what the show is trying to accomplish with its message, and so far I am absolutely adoring it.
