Tonight I have to run home and help Casey put the finishing touches on her costume, and then we're heading out. We need to stop by my parents' house so they can see her and take pictures (since my mom was the one who bought her the costume, we at least owe her that. not that we wouldn't stop by anyway), and then we're meeting Elise and her mom

Good luck with voting! I went last Saturday and only had one person ahead of me, but other people are saying they've spent 90 minutes in line.

You made the right call on avoiding Best Buy. I took my computer to a local place on Kirkman when I needed to fix it (back in the day before I married someone who could do it for me) and they did a great job, but haven't heard anything about Office Depot.

I lol'd at the Celebration comment in The Office.

Yeah, at first I was going to wait and vote on election day, but everyone is saying if you do that, be ready to wait hours in line. And I'm hearing that even with early voting, the lines are insane. I'm bringing a book. It's great that so many people are taking part though.

Good for you for having your own in-home IT guy, LOL! I have been thinking about how I wish Chuck (from the NBC show) was real so he could come fix my computer, and then I'd pay him in kisses or something. Heh
