Hey... do you have a warranty for Best Buy? Cos if not... right now Office Depot is running a good sale/campaign on computer repair stuff... their Tech Depot services (I know 'cos that's my new jobby job, lol). The people are pretty good and get the machines tuned up well, if it's software stuff (you said it might be the hard drive so that may be a different animal all together, though they do some of that too I don't know how good it is.) Just sayin'. :)

Thanks! I'm pretty sure the warranty I had with Best Buy is expired. So I'll make sure and if so, maybe I'll go to OD instead.
