I woke up today to find in the mail a letter from Best Buy, thanking me for being one of their best customers, and telling me that they have waived my fee for next year's Reward Zone Membership, so now it expires 9/06 instead of 9/05, without my having to pay $9.99 more. I'm trying to decide whether this is a good thing...or a scary thing, since I apparently spend so much money there on DVDs that they're renewing my membership for free.
