.. now if only Sabbath could show up. It would be a REAL party then, although the Vashta Nerada sure do throw a fine soiree all on their lonesome!

First of all - the whole exchange between Eleven and Jenny?! BRILLIANT!! I could see and hear it all SO DARNED CLEARLY it was truly magical!! And this latest twist?! Reavers with the Vashta Nerada aboard their ships?!

Okey dokey, then. You have managed to trump my terror of Reavers - well played! Several nice turns in the writing; I loved the Doctor's indignation with zoos/prisons, and River's determination that she could protect from Reavers (and that she didn't WANT to, but the need was greater than the desire), and Jenny was adorable with her reunion with her father.

"It shows a picture of how you used to look with the caption 'fairly rubbish dad.' Beneath that is a second photo of an older white-haired man that says 'even worse granddad.'"

I do not know how you manage all these great shout-outs to the Doctors of old. But I love this all even more because of them.

You know, I've finally decided. Among the myriad things to choose from (the FF/DW mashup, and all that comes with have both casts to choose from!, the VN, Greyessa, your careful blend of Torchwood and the Alliance, etc), my VERY favorite thing is that you let the Doctor and Jenny find each other.

That is the BEST.
