I've sort of joked before that the show clearly has a "no fat chicks" policy and then with the constant Pussycat Dolls promo stamped in the corner it kind of made it more so and then with Dean's uh, sneer at the fat chick ... Yeah.
I don't think the sex dream with Bela meant anything and they say that dreaming about sex doesn't mean sex.

Aww, hon. I'm sorry it upset you, but, honestly, I thought it was funny. Boys has weird dreams. Bela is sexy even if she is a complete bitch and she was on his mind already, though not in a good way, since they'd called her about the root (and how's that for a Freudian reference!) I took it he was all embarrassed and awkward because a)he had a boner(!) (What? Totally. He even looked down before he asked Dean to "give him a minute.") and b)who wouldn't be a little embarrassed seeing someone right after having a sex dream about them? Even Sam thinks with his downstairs brain sometimes! As far as the writers go, I like vorpalblade's theory the best, although I suspect there was also an element of "because it would be funny" and also a nod at "Sam becoming more like Dean." It really didn't add anything much to the episode, though, except a lighter moment. And Bela? Even Sam's libido should be able to do better than that

Dude, I am not checking anything on the poll because I would be checking nearly EVERYTHING. There was virtually none of this episode that I liked, so I won't go on too much...enough that we are all in relative agreement that, at the very least, Sam/Bela takes saome serious fanwank to even digest (and truthfully, even the wank isn't doing it for me). I really hope this ep was a fluke and that will be back to our lovely, shiny show next week. Was very sad, come 9:00 p.m. last night. ("only a show, only a show..." *reminds self vehemently*)
