Hotch in trouble squeezes my heart like a python. I need Hotch okay and it's not going to happen for a long time. I kept thinking about the man who scrubbed the blood off Elle's wall. I see the man who cannot control his despair at other people's pain. Who gives everything he has to making other people safe. He is in trouble, and what he has to accept, to get over, isn't something people accept and get over. But Hotch is the kind of hero who will find equilibrium, eventually. If he can have his boy back.
