Oh, man. I had forgotten how utterly I love this opening. This? This right here?

Of course the biggest clue that Time’s gone wrong is when he opens the doors of the TARDIS and there’s a great load of demony type things with yellowish eyes and growly expressions staring at him. Because, to the best of his recollection (and his recollection really is the best), the Earth has not been overrun by demony type things. At least not this millennium. And just like that, the Time Lord’s playing 52 pick up. His shirt’s missing a sleeve, his nose itches, and a grim-faced security guard is chasing him down a poorly-lit stairwell.

Is my most favorite DW paragraph ever. EVER, do you hear me? Especially the boldy parts.
