Reason to Read: It is known that I have a love for this author, I think she does such a fantastic job at weaving a really complicated tale without confusing the reader and making them read chapter after chapter. Never have I gotten bored while reading her stories.
This piece does deal with some dark material, so if you like your stories fluffy and light with a side of marsh-mellows you may want to skip this. Now, if you've perked up at the prospect of a darker piece then read on and know that Lisette has a firm grasp on all the characters that she writes. The romance between Buffy/Jack doesn't occur over-night and reading how their relationship grows stronger as they face the obstacles together plasters a smile on my face.
I've read this piece over and over again and never grow tired.
