Whenever the hell Gidjums feels like being open. That is the magic and wonderment of Gidjums. It's also our marketing trick. People become obsessed trying to eat there. Just as you fell prey, so will all El Paso. haha...too easy.......11A.M.-3P.M. but, as soon as our renovations are complete, our hours of operation will expand.
