I'm in the same situation as you. Need a job. But no one seems to want to hire me for just the summer and I refuse to go into fast food again so...I'm stuck.

Michael's Banquet Facility in Hamburg is usually hiring this time of year. Actually, try just about anywhere that normally caters weddings. and I know the Avanti Mansion here in Hamburg also had signs up looking for help.Both places are on the web.

I dunno how decent the pay is, but definitely check any hotels/banquet facilities near you.... wedding season is faaast approaching.

Oh, and Country Clubs. Wanakah is usually looking for 1 or 2 cook staff, but you need serious culinary experience for some of those places (not necesarily school-taught)
