I spent a lot of this pregnancy on home IV treatments and I have a ton of supplies left over. They're all individually packaged and sterile. Is there somewhere I can donate them to? I just hate to throw them out. Plus I have 4 vials of Zofran (which is a ridiculously expensive medication) that are unopened and able to be used.

medical supplies, donations

You could graciously donate them to D'Youville College Nursing School labs. haha we have nothing to practice with!

I could do that. How do I do that? Just drop them off or what?

Well, is it possible for you make a quick list of the things you have? If we could use them I would gladly come and get them from you or meet up with you some place.

I don't want to dispose. I want to donate for use.

hospitals will not use any meds that have been prescribed to someone, even if they aren't open. I had this issue a few years ago with an expensive antiobiotic and unused pic line stuff.
