meh. file yr taxes on time? i did mine and got my refund already.

No offense, but is this really an issue worth getting a petition going? It's not as if Paterson is going to see the list of people who signed (or have it read to him...) and say, "OMG, we should totally not withhold those refunds, guys!"

I understand your frustration, and I'm not trying to make fun of you. I just question the effectiveness of such a strategy.
