hi all!
i've been booking events and shows in the area for about 2 years now.
it's sad to see all the places that have since closed.
all those happy memories turning to dust.

anyways, i'm looking to book a live show in june and i was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for any places that are off the beaten path that have a great stage and hold

Chances are you're not going to find the type of venue you're looking for. Hell, there aren't many venues to choose from these days. Unfortunately. So either you have to make a place like Broadway Joe's work (and really 100-140 people should be able to fit in there, I'm guessing the size of the stage is more the problem?) -- or you're SOL. There's always Xtreme Wheelz or an American Legion, haha!

Also.. what about Club Diablo or Nietzsche? Two suggestions that may also be too small. I figured I'd those out there though. Good luck!

Club Diablo is too small, plus I'm already holding an event there that month (i only get one per month LOL) and Nietzsche's is run by ESI events, so they'd want a cut. Plus I'm not really into the whole hippie atmosphere. Won't go well with our crowd. Thanks though :)

100% no alcohol. And you can't even sneak in your own these days. Not that I know anything about that... ;)
