ahhhh I wonder if they use margarine with hydrogenated oils in their baked goods, like way too many vegans do

Not a vegan, but I remember buying the vegan peanut butter-chocolate chip cookies at the café in Buff State's bookstore. They were a little on the expensive side ($2+ each), but they were fantastic.

I'm pretty sure they're out of the carrot cake as of right now. But hopefully there will be more soon!
