Sadly, this viewpoint is all too common, people are sheep, and yes, speeches like this likely resulted in violence or abuse of some kind.

The law turns a blind eye to it unfortunately. It's not legal to shout fire in a burning building. I reread this and was even more shocked to realize he had referred to a four-year-old child.

Glad to see that supporters of the anti-gay amendment are too ashamed of themselves to admit as much to pollsters. Let's just hope they're too ashamed to vote, full-stop.

Yes, the fact that Romney is the uncrowned Republican nominee may lower the voter turnout. I find it in poor taste that they were allowed to combine a Republican primary with this proposition.
