Gee, when *I* have a lot of fat, my side effects are a lot more painful (like ow ow ow ow ow ow) but a lot less embarrassing! Yay gallstones! (And I don't even need to take any pills to maintain them...) Maybe they should market those instead?

hmm, interesting choice - pain or mortal embarrassment. I'd probably go for the former. And i very much resent the name of this stupid stuff - would likely have named my eldest differently.
