my thesis draft was due today at 1400, for which I'd been writing for 2 weeks solid. deb needed it for the one-week-notice email announcing the defence itself - which is next thursday the 10th at 1630 in GHC4405, not suggesting anything, of course - and I'd been using

thanks! i have failed to remember to gradually move my sleep schedule back (woke up today just before 10), so that's going to be tricky. tonight's sleep is the one that really matters.

Heh. I'm doing the 5k tomorrow morning, and while I'm good on the sleep, I've done a horrid job of being gentle on my legs this week. Especially seeing as I'm planning on biking to downtown and back this evening to pick up the race goodies... :)
