It was an incredible, and very sobering speech. I have hope again.

Now that Rossi has finally conceded, I am feeling a bit better about the elections. Obama's win wasn't, in my mind, a problem, but the day-to-day pain we'd have dealt with here in Washington State if Rossi was governor vs. a Democratic legislature and a federal Dem. president would have been massively painful and expensive.

Of course, now our candidates have to actually fix the mess. I hope the electorate doesn't do a Hoover and blame them for the mess at the next election round!
