I read the news.. and AGAIN.. our government is bailing out a company!!

What the hell is the point of a free market if the government is going to bail them out!

What pisses me off about it is that the automakers have been begging for money for the past 2 weeks - an industry, btw, that will affect a *whole* lot more people than Citigroup, imo - and they have to make a plan, and even then their funds may not get approved. Citigroup, who apparently knows who to sweettalk, sends reps to Washington, and within a few hours gets told they'll get no-strings-attached money. Grrrr.
