I've decided. I've changed the entire direction of my life and where I'm going is far less stable. Things are going to get very interesting

Congrats on the decision. I know it can be hard to abandon something you've planned for so long, but you have to do what makes you happy. Especially if it's a field like medicine. If it's not going to make you happy, you are really better off not being a doc and those who would have been your patients will thank you for that.
Those courses sound interesting. I know my hubby has joked around that once I get out of the Navy I could get into some sort of video editing. You might be setting yourself up for something like that professionally. :)
Oh wow. That's insane. I totally know how you feel. Sophomore year I switched mymajor and decided to try out to go to vet school (I didn't get in). So I went from taking all these computer and English classes to taking all boring science classes (for me the sciences have always been a means to an end).
good luck. I hope it works out better for you than bio/med stuff.
I came across your journal today when I started mine, and I just wanted to say... good for you! I graduated from Baylor more than 10 yrs ago, and nothing has changed! They somehow get everyone to quit pre-med. I graduated with a bio major, then went to art school in Mexico...then stayed in Mexico for med school...all is well in the end. I hope you are enjoying whatever you are doing! adios, Sara AKA yelbis
