You probably already know this, but if you go to a therapist who deals with phobias and tries to cure them, they will slowly ease you into doing something like holding one or having it crawl on you.
I've thought about doing that with my fear of moths, but I don't know if I could bring myself to go through with it. It's scary as hell, but I guess in the end it must be rewarding.
i did look into "fear therapy". I couldn't really find any therapists in keene or my town that dealt with fear specifically.
I might just go to the counsleing place at school and see what they have to say.
it's not such a big deal, like i bet you encounter moths more then i encounter daddy long leggers. In fact I didn't see one the entire time I was camping.
but i don't know if I could deal with having it crawl on me
