Any thoughts on where the Watcher's Council building, the one we saw get blown up, might be located? I vaguely recall people identifying the address of the actual building they used, but I'm more interested in anything about where in London it would make sense to locate the fictional building

For real-world symbolism I would put it either in Bloomsbury, close to the real-world British Museum, or in the Holborn/Covent Garden area close to the real-world headquarters of UK Freemasonry.
