Looks like a Tums bottle to me. Also going to guess that the boys have their own bathroom (maybe at the top of the swirly slide?) and that it is a DISASTER.

Yep, I imagine them having their own bathroom as well. Katie & Mama Knight share and the guys in my head canon.
And I don't think Mama Knight would be the kind of mother to let a lot of stuff lay around. We've seen her cleaning up a lot...
