I'd hate to try to figure out all the hats I've worn in my current job; resume updating is no fun. Try to think of everything, though. I'm sure you do more than you think.
I am kinda enjoying it, although I would not want to do that professionally.
I think I have hit all the big points. I have written down each task I do and what is involved. The only tough part is figuring how to translate that into skills.
I have always surmised my skills into Tech Support, Customer Serivice, and Data entry, but I know it is so much more than that.
I almost need a thesaurus specifically for job skills
i.e. Helping people figuring out how to fix their computer = Technical Support (Ok That one I already got)
It's great that you're able to put names with some of the skills you mastered at your last job--not only does it give you credibility on the job market, but it makes your résumé more searchable in databases and on job search sites.
I'm glad your mom is doing well and feeling good. She's in my thoughts.
