Babbly thoughts on BSG femslash possibilities...

(this isn't meta, I am being too shallow for that, this is gleeful rambly squee)

So, I was having a babbly conversation with Ithilwenn when it occurred to me I ought to come over here and be babbly instead ( Read more... )

=D

Oh, I totally have a thing for redheads, and I wish I hadn't sectioned them off before this!

And, really, stuck on Caprica, too. With the extra dirt and the trees, and the possibility of chasing each other as the Cylons fire at them-- and falling and laughing when they're safe.

(ok, I have... ideas...)

New Caprica had dirt, too. ;] (amusingly, I never have a problem with Kara or Dee cheating on their spouses)

KARA/NATALIE IT WAS SO THERE.

Um, yes. I think this is my RPF love overlapping my BSG love because normal-haired Tricia Helfer Six and a badass!Katee Sackhoff? YES PLEASE.

Natalie will always be my favorite Six. (I do also love Kendra/Racetrack, by the way, because 'Track gets absolutely no love. It's criminal.)

ARGH. I totally meant to have them on my list, and FORGOT.

*coughs* Tricia/Katee is HOT.

I <3 Racetrack miles, though. I just--I find it easier to toss out ten-minute Kara/Anders than to spend actual thought on plot. Which is sad.

Tricia/Katee is HOT.

YES. I mean, sometimes Katee is an idiot and says things she should never say but, um. Hot. And TRICIA. The end.

Looking down the list I see a lot of other shows have come into play and, well. I do have Zoe/Kara in my head, actually. Zoe was my absolute favorite character on Firefly and there were many times I wished Wash wasn't so lovable because, guh, Zoe/Inara. Yum.

Also, Kara/Aeryn. I think celievamp wrote some of that. Very hot, too.

I know it seems so vanilla but I am such a cain/gina shipper it's ridiculous. I'm a big fan of angst and heartache and these to have it in spades.

...er.... given where they went in canon, I wouldn't class it as vanilla. It's not exactly safe, either.

Caprica/Boomer. I'm ignoring this entire "Boomer with Cavil's group" plotline for being stupid and not based in anything remotely resembling characterization. So, yes. Caprica/Boomer.

CAVIL? Never heard of him. ;]

And I should remember that, the next time I'm kicking around random ideas.

I think Cavil ran off to join the Cylon Peace Corps or something like that.

Alternately, I could conceivably adore Natalie/Boomer. Maybe it's just that Tricia Helfer is hot?

*points up at slavefaith* Yeah, put me down for one of those. =D

Six is my 'whore' of BSG (I always have a character that I just pair with everyone), but that's hardly surprising. I mean, she's Six. Sixcest is particularly wonderful, especially when they have different hairstyles. I don't know why, but, say, Caprica/head!Six wouldn't be as hot as Caprica/Natalie.
Six/Three is another favourite, and that fight between that Six and Kara over the Arrow of Apollo made me ship them instantly. (That scene was wow!) I am also loving fadeoutin's Kara/Natalie idea. =D ( ... )

Mine too. ♥ I used to have about four or five posters of her up on my wall, back in the day.

Yes yes hell yes! And she's an Aussie girl too, yay. =3

I bought them all as soon as they came out. ;>.> I can't believe how much they used to charge for them, too! They were about $150 per season when first released here, and now I see them most places for about $25 each. Bah.
I was very lucky, though. My uncle knew a guy who worked at the show and he managed to grab me about ten or twelve episodes of season 2 months before it started airing. ♥ Even though I have those on DVD now I still can't bear to throw the videos out.

Er, as a warning, Farscape is actually out of print. Those box sets might not be available when you go looking.
