Glad to hear that everyone and everything at your place is intact. I've been watching footage of some of those poor towns that were really slammed - just terrible.

Man, Queensland just can't get a break lately, can it? :/

One of the towns - Cardwell - is one of my favourite spots. So beautiful. (If you have seen Nim's Island - which you might not have had to sit through like me having no kids - that's where they made it, the island off there.) Luckily they had evacuated the town first though. The govt has good sense now and then!

It is for same regions, here in S-Petersburg it snows in winter, but it's almost never a disaster)
