I feel there is always at least one book that makes an otherwise-redeemable member of the BSC look like a total sociopath. This is Mal's sociopath book and holy shit, did it ever destroy Mallory Pike, who was a spazz before but at least wouldn't berate a grieving mother for LYING IN HER BOOKS

I feel really bad for the people who used to role play with me when I first started. Thankfully rpgs and fan fiction helped me hone my craft. I've done mostly nonfiction until recently, and now hopefully I'm past the Mary Sue stage. ;)

And I'm not entirely sure an eleven year old could write anything but a Mary Sue. But I am ENTIRELY sure an eleven year old can tell the difference between reality and fiction.

Aww, we all wrote Sues back in the day. Now I know better and give them actual flaws. Not bullshit ones like 'She's clumsy in the cutest way!' I'm clumsy and there's nothing cute about always looking like you just got in a fist fight. Now my characters have flaws like alcoholism and assholeism and being dumber than Claudia.

Because she thinks she's a bad writer?!--It's all so stupid. I realize there's a few things a celebrity can do that might turn you off from liking them anymore. Mallory's acting like HH purposely chose to have a sad life or that she did certain things on her own. Like the house fire, HH must've set the fire to kill everybody on purpose! That's seriously how she's acting.

The play is a success because the people of Stoneybrook don't know what shit is.--LOL!
