And about the drama of Jeff being born--that sorta reminds me of a Little House on the Prairie episode. Little Freddie was born and Laura threw a shit fit. Pa doesn't need me anymore since he's got the son he wanted. She acted the same way when the Ingalls took in Albert.
Wouldn’t it take a little longer to wash long hair?--I don't really consider it a long time. I have long hair about Dawn's length and it takes me about 20 minutes. I'm pretty basic and just use shampoo and conditioner. If I have oil to put in my hair I like to put it in my dry hair and let it set for awhile before I get into the shower. But I guess for a lot of people 20 minutes would be a long time. People with shoulder, chin length or pixies might be out in 10 minutes.
Great snark, and good analysis of Dawn being an ~~individual~~ but basically NOT having any indicidualistic traits about her whatsoever. I find it ironic that six-year-old Dawn was exactly as judgemental as thirteen-year-old Dawn, and yes, she is SIX, ghosties, not sixteen. Even many thirteen-yr-olds would only just be starting to angst about what others might think of them (Piaget's adolescent egocentrism). Kids are blissfully unaware.
